Our team has up to 12 months to complete  your contract. We can't do this without you. Clients will be expected to return all documents submitted by Palmetto Consulting Services and our partners within 28 days of receiving the documents. Failure to do so may result in extension of our timeline and potential increases in transfer cost.

The documentation we require is simple although cases may very on most occasions we need simple documents like a maintenance bill and a copy of the deed or title certificate. Case managers will also send out LPOA or limited power of attorney documents, and any other required documents to complete the transfer.

You will receive multiple documents showing the completion of your file. most importantly you will sign a mutual release agreement releasing you and your resort from the contract bound to your ownership. You will also sign a deed transfer or deed in lieu.
